How many guests can a private party marquee hold?

It depends on the size and layout you choose — seating, a dance floor, and a bar area will all affect capacity. We’ll help you find the right size during a quick consultation based on your guest numbers.

Can a marquee be installed in my garden or on a driveway?

Yes. We regularly install on grass, patios and driveways. Our team assesses your access and ground conditions beforehand to plan the safest, most practical setup for your space.

Do you provide lighting, heating and flooring, or do I need to arrange these separately?

We provide all of these as part of your marquee hire — lighting, flooring, heating and seating can all be tailored to suit your celebration, so there’s no need to source them elsewhere.

What if it rains?

Our clear-span marquees are designed to provide a safe, comfortable and elegant venue in all weather conditions. With solid structures, optional heating, premium flooring and enclosed sidewalls, your wedding can continue as planned while your guests remain protected and comfortable.

How far in advance shall I book?

As early as possible, especially for weekend dates and during the busier summer months. Popular dates can book up quickly, so we’d always recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.

Are you insured?

Yes. Every installation is covered by full public liability insurance, giving you peace of mind for your celebration.

What is a Clear Span Marquee?

Our premium clear span structures are modular framed marquee structures which over design flexibility, options to create the size of space desired and sit higher offering a premium feel. Although clear roofs can be added, this doesn’t mean, this is the only option as you have options for white pvc roofs too.
